The EFF, ACLU and Center for Democracy and Technology are defending Enzyte in court because the FTC and the FBI didn’t obtain a warrant to access the creator of Enzyte’s email, which was stored on servers belonging to Yahoo and other companies.
This could mean that Fed could be allowed to look at your email, no questions asked. They are already listening to your phone calls and keeping track of your phone records despite the 4th amendment, so this news is not surprising.
