Yahoo betas new-look Yahoo Mail
SAN FRANCISCO - Internet giant Yahoo Inc has announced that it is upgrading its e-mail client, Yahoo Mail in order to make it more efficient and almost as fast as desktop e-mail. This new-look Yahoo Mail starts as a beta from today.

Neowin has a bunch of screen grabs of the new Yahoo Mail Beta. It is a web application that loads everytime that you goto a URL. It looks similar to AIM mail. Quite an impressive piece of coding.

The design looks good. Too bad they don’t have free POP3 like google. I still like my yahoo mail more than msn because they are a bunch of jerks who disable your account if you don’t sign in like once a week.

I do get frustrated with Yahoo before because it seems like email doesn’t get through. I use that account for web forms and for some sites when I do the forgotpass thing and it says it sends it but it never makes it. If I do the forgotpass with aim or msn mail it works fine. =/
